Last Call to Register for the China Days meeting

China Days

11-12 September 2014, Maritim Hotel Berlin, Germany

In a previous post below you will find the final agenda for the China Days meeting which will be held at the Maritim hotel in Berlin from 11-12 September. The meeting is intended for scientists and managers from the areas of bioanalysis, clinical development and clinical operations, quality assurance and regulatory either from the pharmaceutical industry or contract research organisations. The program is constructed to have an optimal exchange of knowledge between scientists from the various disciplines from East and West on doing studies in China.

The costs for this unique meeting are 320 euro, including a meeting package, refreshments, lunch and a cocktail reception. Note that registration via the website closes on 7 September and that thereafter only on-site registration in cash is possible. The fee for on-site registration is 500 euro.

EBF has issued a lab manual to help standardize the flow of information and sampling procedures in clinical trials. Download now by following this link.

This lab manual is the product of a dedicated EBF team which developed it and discussed it with specialists from clinical operations and central laboratories at the February 2014 Focus Workshop in Brussels.

  • Registration fee for the meeting is € 150. Registration fee is waived for EBF member company delegates and YSS speakers. After 12 Nov 2014, only on-site registration is possible (€ 200, cash only – incl. for EBF member delegates)

7th EBF Open Symposium: Beyond the Horizon

Young Investigator Award 2014


The EBF is committed to foster talent and to provide young scientist an opportunity to actively participate in and contribute to the international bioanalytical discussions. In line with this commitment, the EBF will organize a Young Scientists Symposium on 18 November and has reserved time to celebrate the winner of the 2014 Bioanalysis Young Investigator Award at the upcoming 7th EBF Open Symposium (Barcelona, 19 - 21 November 2014). The winner will present his/her work during an oral session in the main auditorium on the third day. For those who remember the inspiring presentations from the previous winners, you won’t want to miss this.

This year on 17 November, EBF will organize its first Young Scientists Symposium. A meeting targeted for young bioanalytical scientists of less than 35 years of age or with less than 5 years of experience in the bioanalytical sciences.
